Mr. Damien Lee is a highly accomplished Agile practitioner with extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and process improvement. He is a Scrum Master with experience working with Forbes List Top 100 companies, and a former Agile Team Facilitator & Coach (SAFe Framework) at i.c.stars. He has worked as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager at Grainger, a Scrum Practitioner Consultant for Apex Systems, and a Salesforce Scrum Practitioner (SAFe Framework) at Univar. Mr. Lee is passionate about servant leadership and has a high level of service ethics with outstanding customer-oriented communication skills.

He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Project Champion (CLSSOB) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has a Certificate of Achievement in Agile Project Management from Charles Sturt University. He studied Business Administration and Management Leadership at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and has a Certificate of Completion in Comptia A+, Comptia Net+, Computer, and Information Sciences and Support Services from the Computer Systems Institute.

Mr. Lee has excellent skills in communication, critical problem-solving, relationship building, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, diversity & inclusion, resilience, collaboration, and critical thinking. He has been an O.S.H.A 40 Hour Hazardous Materials Technician Certification holder and studied environmental studies at South Suburban College.
