Jerold Jeffcoat

Jerold Jeffcoat is a seasoned financial services professional with over 19 years of experience in credit risk management, collections, loss mitigation, and liquidation/short sale. He has managed portfolios of mortgage retail, credit card, and unsecured HELOC, exceeding $500 million. Jeffcoat has also led multi-site teams and established a 200+ staff customer contact center from scratch. He has worked with companies such as Valon, Cenlar FSB, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, and GE Capital. Jeffcoat is an advocate of servant leadership and enjoys mentoring his team to achieve their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and spending time with his family. Jeffcoat's passions include being a great husband, father, and mentor, playing professional football, and overseeing an unrivaled futuristic contact center.
