Morgan Wicks is a motivated individual currently working as a Consultant at ALARP Solutions, where he is immersed in addressing critical challenges within the Australian defence sector.

Having pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree at UNSW Australia, Morgan has diversified his expertise beyond his academic background to gain experience in business, quality, and governance roles.

Equipped with a skill set that includes Systematic Problem Solving, ISO9001, Systems Engineering, Governance & Assurance, Morgan thrives on tackling complex issues and continuously expanding his problem-solving skills.

Previously, Morgan has held positions such as Assurance Management Information System Reform Project Manager, Safety and V&V Policy Assurance SME, and Graduate Engineer at the Australian Department of Defence, showcasing his commitment to the defense industry.

Additionally, he has experience as a Software Developer at UNSW Canberra and in engineering roles at the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group.
