Morgan Debnam is a mental health advocate with a strong background in social sciences. She currently works as a Senior Healthcare Research Analyst at Ipsos, specializing in oncology. Debnam is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology at Pepperdine University and is passionate about finding positive solutions to social service challenges, particularly in the adolescent demographic and low socioeconomic areas. She has extensive experience in mental health and disability advocacy, aiming to provide equal access to healthcare and decrease the stigma surrounding these conditions and disabilities. Prior to her current role, Debnam worked as a Research Assistant, Program Development Peer Mentor, and Blue Hen Engagement Fellow at the University of Delaware. She also has experience as a caregiver, summer intern, and sailing instructor.
