Managed a team of 25, introduced real-time support chat, built the team to support our rapidly growing advertising products and empower customers with actionable data, focused on improving customer experience during key "moments of truth" in the customer journey.

Built a mobile-first site with targeted ads, optimized for search engines. Built personalized content feeds, search algorithms, user profiles and networking, homepage, registration and login and community pages.

I led our sponsorship business and the team of eight in San Francisco and London that programmed and promoted over 75 full-day online events per year.  My responsibilities included quarterly and annual revenue growth, hiring, training, performance reviews, budgeting, process improvement, client success and innovation.

I also learned product management - Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban), A/B testing, UX design - then redesigned our entire website.

Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs & Product Owner

Using our SaaS technology, I developed BrightTALK Summits (brighttalk.com/summits) into a multi-million dollar online event series streaming webinars and videos to professionals worldwide.  In just over two years we organized and ran over 200 full-day, global events on topics including information technology, marketing, healthcare, sustainability, finance and law, attracting hundreds of thousands of professionals.  I directly managed a great team of six in San Francisco and London who were responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating our events.
