Mont Duncan

Mont Duncan is a seasoned Pastor with 25 years of experience, having served as District Superintendent for 6 years and Executive Director of New Church Development in the Florida Conference for 12 years.

His educational background includes studying DMin in Church Administration at Vanderbilt University, a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Local Church from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Florida Southern College.

Mont Duncan is affiliated with various organizations, including Excellence in Ministry Coaching as a Specialist/Coach for new church starts and pastors, serving as a former Coach at Coachnet, on the Path 1 Advisory Team at the General Board of Discipleship - UMC, and as a former Executive Director of New Church Development at the Florida Conference.
