Monique Caradine-Kitchens is a certified coach with expertise in money mindset and entrepreneurship for women. Born and raised in Chicago, she studied Radio-TV-Film at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh before working for various media organizations like Fox Broadcasting, Black Enterprise, and WVON Radio as an on-air personality, research producer, and media trainer. Despite her successful media career, Monique struggled with money drama which led her to seek the help of a coach and eventually become a coach herself. Today, Monique is the founder of OverFlow Enterprises LLC and has mentored hundreds of women entrepreneurs and leaders to turn their genius into profits, get out of debt, save more, and make more. She is passionate about cultivating a new generation of high-earning women and amplifying their message using her years of media experience. Monique lives on the island of Puerto Rico with her husband and son where she spends time in the kitchen and hosts retreats.
