Monica Charles

Monica Charles is an accomplished nonprofit management professional, excelling in program and grants management, volunteer coordination, and employee engagement. She also serves as a social change advocate, actively supporting causes focused on equity and access.

Monica pursued her education at Baruch College, where she studied MPA in Public Administration, and at the University of Pittsburgh, where she obtained a BA in Communications.

Monica has held key roles in various prominent organizations, including being the Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Arcus Foundation. She has also worked as a Grants Manager at Arcus Foundation, as a Philanthropy Intern at Bloomberg, and in administrative roles at NYU Langone Medical Center and The Ford Foundation. Additionally, Monica has experience as an Assistant Director at the National Council on Economic Education and as a Program Coordinator at The United Hospital Fund.
