Momo Estrella

Momo Estrella has spent the past 20 years exploring the intersection between people and their material possessions. She is a member of the global leadership team for experience design at IKEA in China, where she works with talented professionals to develop and implement innovative and human-centered solutions that meet the modern needs of Chinese consumers while creating new value for IKEA. Additionally, she serves on the board of NewCampus, an accessible business school for Asia's modern leaders, and has previously held leadership positions at IDEO, Publicis.Sapient, Imagination, and EF Education First. Momo is a passionate advocate for human-centered design, change agency, and neurodiversity inclusion, and she is always looking for new ways to approach these issues.
