Mollie Eisler is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, hospitality, and venture development.

With a degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mollie has established herself as a subject matter expert in the field.

She has spearheaded the Venture Department of a long-standing NYC firm, focusing on investments in brick-and-mortar opportunities and early-stage startups at the intersection of real estate, products, and technology.

Mollie is passionate about driving impactful change and sustainability in the industries she operates in.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Mollie is actively involved in community-building roles and has co-founded The Groovement, a platform connecting concert enthusiasts in NYC.

She is also a consultant at Let's Eat, Grandma, a career services company that assists clients globally in securing their dream jobs.
