Mohona Siddique

Mohona Siddique is an urban planner with a focus on workforce and the future of work. With over 8 years of experience in urban policy, strategic planning, consulting, and community engagement, Mohona has a strong background in advocating for sustainable urban development. She holds a Master of City Planning with a concentration in Housing, Community and Economic Development from the University of Pennsylvania, where she excelled with a remarkable 3.9 GPA. Additionally, Mohona completed a B.A. in Psychology and Italian at Wellesley College and her High School Diploma at Sidwell Friends School.

Throughout her career, Mohona has held various important roles including Executive Policy Specialist at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, Manager - Civic Consulting at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, Project Consultant at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, Graduate Fellow at The Brookings Institution, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Mohona has also served as a Neighborhood Liaison for City Councilor Josh Zakim in Boston, Field Director & Political Operative for Obama for America & Others, Legislative Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, and College Coach at AmeriCorps College Forward. She brings a wealth of experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, and community engagement to her current endeavors.
