Moctar Aboubacar

Moctar Aboubacar is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of public policy and international development.

He pursued his education at prestigious institutions including Harvard University, where he completed his Master's in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, he studied International Development at Brown University for his Bachelor of Arts degree and Korean Studies at the University of Hawaii/Korea University for his Master's.

Moctar Aboubacar has held various significant roles in renowned organizations, currently serving as the Head of Evidence, Policy, and Innovation at the World Food Programme. He previously worked as a Programme Officer at the same organization, showcasing his commitment to humanitarian efforts. Prior to his role at the World Food Programme, Moctar held positions such as Policy Research Assistant at UNDP, Policy Writer at the Africa Center for Strategic Studies, Africa Columnist at Strategic Outlook, Research Assistant at the International Cooperation Committee PSPD, and Teaching Assistant at Brown University.
