    In addition to his academic achievements, which include two Master's Degrees and a Certification in Leadership in Development from Harvard University, Gerardo has also been actively involved in teaching at universities across the US, Europe, and Latin America.

    He has served in various roles in renowned organizations like Freedom House, Tetra Tech, UNDP, Casals & Associates, Inc., IESC, and Harvard Institute for International Development.

    His consultancy work extends to institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and the Swedish Agency for Development Cooperation.
