Works with clients 1:1 or team coaching to lead successfully through change, specifically driving momentum through digital transformation; resilience coaching and agility; building assertiveness and confidence; leadership when entering a new role and/or stretching to new challenges.With 1:1 clients, I use my insight on trends and the direction of cultural change to provide 'future-facing' executive coaching and advice. This might be over 3-6 sessions helping people grow at work, manage transitions and adapt. We also offer coaching as a package with the cultural insights and trend/futures reports we do. Post-delivery I'll coach leaders to implement the thinking in the report and increase the impact of the project on the desired audiences (whether it's internal, client and/or board level). This could be individual or team coaching and runs over 1-3 sessions.
