Miriam Ahn, a professional with a diverse cultural background, was born and raised in Brazil to Korean parents, fostering a deep passion for understanding global cultures and social dynamics.

Miriam's academic journey includes a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universidade de São Paulo, and studies abroad in Korean Language and Literature at Pusan University of Foreign Studies, enhancing her cross-cultural communication skills.

With a keen interest in connecting with people and impacting the world positively through empathy and open-mindedness, Miriam found her niche in UX research, allowing her to delve deep into user experiences and perspectives.

Miriam Ahn has a rich professional background, having worked as a UX Researcher at Digital Health Collective and later as a UX Research Lead at The Cusp, showcasing her expertise in understanding user needs and preferences.

Prior to her roles in UX research, Miriam gained valuable experience as a Program and Development Intern at Asia Society, a Research Assistant at the University of San Francisco, a Proofreader and Translator at Korn Traduções, and even as a Portuguese Teacher at Pusan University of Foreign Studies.
