Mimi Ngo

Mimi Ngo is an accomplished project manager, consumer marketer, and event producer with over 20 years of experience. Her passion for music led her to land an internship at Universal Music Canada in 2000, where she managed hundreds of projects, accounts, and events, driving value for some of the world's biggest artists, retailers, and brands. She developed brand partnerships and marketing campaigns for notable clients such as Aeroplan, OLG, Volkswagen, Visa, and RUDSAK.

Throughout her career, Mimi planned and executed high-profile events and concerts with globally acclaimed artists like Drake, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, Kanye West, Rod Stewart, Enrique Iglesias, and many more. She also developed and managed The Live At The Orange Lounge content series in partnership with ET Canada, featuring performances by Imagine Dragons, Nickelback, OneRepublic, Metric, Sarah MacLachlan, and Florida Georgia Line.

Mimi left Universal as an Account Director to join e-commerce giant Shopify, where she created and built their sponsorships division. During her 2.5+ years at Shopify, she led Global sponsorships and generated millions of GMV through various partnerships, bringing some of the fastest-growing celebrities and brands to the platform. She negotiated and executed a partnership with entrepreneur and influencer Shay Mitchell for an International Women's Day campaign.

Currently, Mimi works at Bell Media in Brand Partnerships. She is known for her positive and infectious energy and entrepreneurial spirit. She also has a deep passion for consuming content, making her a valuable asset for any organization looking to stay on top of industry trends.
