Milind Gadre

Dr. Milind Gadre is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in materials science and engineering.

He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also served as a postdoctoral associate and held various roles such as graduate intern, lab-assistant, grader, system administrator, and graduate research assistant.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Milind completed his B.Tech. in Metallurgy and Materials Science at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Currently, Dr. Gadre is an algorithm developer at Applied Materials, a position he attained after excelling as the Process R&D Technical Lead and Process Engineer at the same organization.

His professional journey also includes a stint as a Technical Project Trainee at Larsen & Toubro Limited and a Graduate Intern at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA.
