Milensu Kapaipi is a development professional with over a decade of experience in enterprise development, employment policy, and program management. He holds a Master of Arts in Development Management with a focus on International Development from Ruhr-Universität Bochum and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from The University of Zambia. Milensu has a keen interest in promoting private sector growth in developing economies by implementing sustainable and inclusive business models that connect large and small enterprises across local, regional, and global supply chains. He actively seeks out projects that foster innovative partnerships, promote gender equality, youth empowerment, and drive economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
