Pamela Wellner

Pamela Wellner is the co-owner of Third Rail EBikes, an electric bike shop located in San Francisco. She has a strong background in sustainability and environmental advocacy, having worked for over 25 years in various roles aimed at promoting sustainable practices. Wellner grew up in Detroit, where she developed a passion for bicycles, inspired by her father, who built bikes.

In addition to her role at Third Rail EBikes, she serves as the Chief Strategist for Amplify Eco, a consulting practice focused on communications and program management related to environmental issues. Her previous experience includes working at the California Public Utilities Commission, where she contributed to energy efficiency marketing and behavior change initiatives. Wellner holds a master's degree in public administration from New York University and a bachelor's degree in human ecology from the College of the Atlantic.12
