- Leading and coaching team of 8-12 members performing analytics, assisting the business in their sales and commercial operations in over 10 countries. Forecasting and analyzing commercial data to provide key insight to business leaders.
- Guiding teams for root cause analysis and process optimization leveraging Six Sigma toolset, as well as engaging with stakeholders at various levels from Analysts to General Manager for change management and buy in. 
- Supporting analysis at various affiliates, and advocating/implementing technologies such as Tableau, Python, Alteryx, and Robotic Process Automation, saving up to 80% processing time in some projects.

-  Managed first IV Automated Subscription model globally, which compounded over 60,000 preparations in the first year
-  Developed escalation protocol for Omnicell technicians to react to adverse medical events, which minimized reporting and turnaround time by approximately 75% from 14 days to 3 days on average
-  Created and organized process improvement task force, which led to the implementation of more than 5 new initiatives over the course of 6 months, with a focus on patient safety, employee safety, and customer satisfaction
-  Designed and facilitated change management workshop to improve product adoption, customer satisfaction, and key stakeholder buy-in, which was delivered to 100% of new customers starting in 2019

-  Led team of 5 engineers across the Benelux region to provide installation, implementation, and adoption of new technologies and workflows
-  Collaborated and traveled to over 15 customers within Turkey, Australia, Middle East, and Western Europe for IV automation consultation 
-  Worked on Class 2 FDA devices compounding drugs ranging from Scheduled Narcotics, Monoclonal Antibodies, Oncology, and non-toxic IV drugs
-  Performed root cause analysis to improve customer performance and increase device yield to an average of 97%
-  Installed and implemented  devices in EMEA and APAC regions
-  Maintained operation as well as performed annual preventative maintenance on i.v.SOFT, i.v.STATION, and i.v.STATION ONCO devices.
-  Maintain and gathered data for performance of devices, implementation and changes made on devices, and provide feedback to R&D team for device improvement.
