Mila Golubov is an accomplished playwright, poet, and Creative Director with an impressive track record of crafting innovative campaigns and rebranding initiatives across a broad range of industries. With a degree in Advertising from Syracuse University and advanced training in Campaign Development, Mila has honed her skills through working with some of the world's leading advertising firms, including Code and Theory, 360i, VML, and, most recently, Marina Maher Communications, where she serves as Creative Director. Her breadth of experience encompassing digital, social media, campaigns, branded content, video, editorial design, persona development, and content strategy has earned her numerous accolades and awards, including a Cannes Lion and a Clio. Mila's endless curiosity and boundless creativity have led her to work with clients in diverse fields, including CPG, DTC, beauty, and QSR. She approaches every new challenge with passion, energy, and vision, always focused on crafting unique and effective solutions to help brands make their mark in the cultural landscape. To date, she has staged plays, taught Short & Sweet Copywriting classes, and written short films and slam poetry.
