Miki Reynolds

Miki Reynolds is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Grid110, a non-profit organization focused on economic and community development aimed at supporting early-stage startups. She co-founded Grid110 in 2014 to create clearer pathways to success for entrepreneurs, particularly in Los Angeles, and has played a crucial role in establishing its accelerator programs, such as Idea-to-Product (I2P) and Residency, which provide mentorship and resources to founders.12

Reynolds has a rich background in the tech industry, having previously managed digital projects for major entertainment companies like MGM Studios and 20th Century Fox. Following a career setback, she transitioned into community building and entrepreneurship, which led to the inception of Grid110. Her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in tech is evident in Grid110's mission, which has supported over 300 companies, with a significant portion led by women and founders of color.146

In addition to her role at Grid110, Reynolds is involved with Slauson & Co. as an investor and Head of Programs, where she continues to develop initiatives that promote equity in entrepreneurship.35
