Mike Watschke is an experienced and passionate leader in enablement/training organizations, sales effectiveness programs, and learning standards and methodologies. He has a strong focus on structured and role-based learning programs that cater to different learner types, modalities, and alignment with business outcomes.

Mike Watschke studied Masters in Management at the University of Illinois Springfield and Bachelor of Science at Tarleton State University.

He has held significant positions in various organizations including Sr. Director of Product Enablement & Learning Experience at ServiceNow, Head of Product Enablement & Digital Learning at Adobe, Managing Director of Cloud Platform Sales Effectiveness & Enablement, and GTM of HANA Advanced Analytics at SAP, among others.

His previous roles include Senior Director of Predictive Analytics COE at SAP, Practice Director of Business Intelligence at CIBER, Inc., Director of EPM & BI Global Business Unit at Oracle Corp, and Principal Analytic Architect at PeopleSoft.
