Mike Vaughan is a seasoned IT recruiter with over two decades of experience in staffing and recruiting. He has a deep understanding of the full life cycle of recruiting, from candidate sourcing and resume submission to interview scheduling and offer negotiation. Mike specializes in providing quality pre-screened and targeted candidates who possess the required skills and experience to match job openings. As an agency recruiter, he handles the hiring process, starting from recruitment to post-hiring follow-ups, thus making it more convenient for employers. He recruits, hires and staffs for contract, contract to hire, and full-time permanent positions in the Information Technology sector. Some of his areas of expertise include SAP, cyber security, and ARGO, and he recruits individuals for project management, business analysis, network engineering, system engineering, development, and end-user training positions. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business.
