Ken Stevenson

Ken Stevenson is a highly experienced and skilled leader in IT recruiting, with over 32 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting and account/client management. He has mentored and lead teams to success, recruited for both permanent and contract positions, negotiated salaries and hourly rates, and is an innovative and creative thinker. Ken has played key roles in building firms from small local companies to regional/national firms with consulting staffs exceeding 750+ consultants. He has been recognized by industry publications and media outlets for his contributions to the recruiting profession and his work with charitable organizations. Ken attended Missouri State University and Southwest Missouri State University where he studied Marketing/Management and holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Louis Community College.
