His expertise includes software development, enterprise architecture, team building, strategy & planning, delivering business capability, process improvement, collaboration, vendor management, resource management, project management, and change management.

Mike holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services with a remarkable GPA of 3.9 from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in E-Commerce Business from the same institution.

His educational journey also includes attending the Hawaii Preparatory Academy for High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
