Paulino Kok is a seasoned technologist with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the Asia Pacific region, including positions such as Agile Transformation Coach, Technology Chief of Staff, and PMO Director.
He also has entrepreneurial experience in founding a startup using lean-agile methodologies and is now seeking a challenging IT executive role in Asia to drive growth and development.
Paulino holds a variety of key certifications spanning from SAFe and TOGAF to AWS DevOps Professional and has expertise in areas such as technical leadership, enterprise IT governance, and business analysis.
He studied Computer Studies at The University of Hong Kong and has worked in prestigious organizations such as Nike, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of China.
Currently, Paulino serves as the Principal Agile Coach & Trainer at Agilizing Ltd. and has previously held positions in Agile coaching, recruitment consulting, and IT leadership roles.
