Mike Partner, an accomplished Profit Center Head and Strategic HR leader, has made significant contributions to corporate growth through effective business process reengineering and identifying new opportunities. With a proven track record in strategic corporate planning and high-performance team building, Mike has been a successful Corporate Strategy Consultant, ensuring that business goals and priorities are met across the organization. As a business HR and recruitment specialist, he has led domestic and international recruitment efforts for top-tier companies, offering contract staffing solutions and RPO models in IT, engineering, and non-IT sectors. Mike is also an expert in management consulting, start-up consulting, competency mapping, training, employee development, performance management, organization development, HR surveys, benchmarking, policies, and process framework. With a focus on manpower planning, CXO level hiring, strategic HR, and organization restructuring, Mike has demonstrated his ability to manage operations, profit centers, and secure PE/VC funding.
