Mike McGrath

Mike McGrath, Co-Founder at Kwayga and Managing Director at Arvo Procurement, is a procurement and sourcing expert with over 15 years of experience. McGrath has helped world-class teams optimize their purchasing activities, reduce costs, and manage risks associated with procurement processes. He studied business and management at top universities in Ireland and Belgium and has held varying IT and sales roles at Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and The Cobra Group.

Apart from managing Kwayga and Arvo, McGrath volunteers at Deaf Enterprises and coaches local children at the GAA club. He is also the former Co-Founder of Procurement Transformation Institute and Founder & MD of supply.ie, a company that provides procurement training and consulting services.
