Mike Malloy

Mike Malloy is a professional with extensive experience in social entrepreneurship and program management. He served as the Program Director at Halcyon Incubator from May 2019 to June 2021. In this role, he was instrumental in supporting early-stage social entrepreneurs, helping them raise over $145 million, create more than 1,800 jobs, and positively impact over 2.5 million lives. His responsibilities included nurturing entrepreneurs, developing strategies for alumni engagement, and building relationships with corporate partners and donors to enhance funding support for the incubator.1

In addition to his role at Halcyon, Mike Malloy has held various positions, including Vice President at Malloy Industries and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, where he teaches social entrepreneurship. His academic work focuses on equipping students with the skills to create businesses that balance profitability with social impact.1
