Sinartus Sosrodjojo has over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, media, brand building, and mobile technology. He went to Occidental College in the USA and graduated with a BA in Economics in 1998. Soon after, he started his business journey by establishing an online/offline communications agency, which quickly acquired multinational clients from various industries. Later, he consulted for several conglomerates before founding PT Gilkor in 2009. He led the company through successful acquisition to become the top loyalty and engagement systems provider for malls in Indonesia.

Sinartus's passion for sustainable entrepreneurship led him to become a mentor for the Indonesian chapter of Endeavor, a global organization focused on developing regional entrepreneurship. He is also the founder of Panna Institute, a non-profit school that he developed with World Press Photo in Amsterdam. The school now offers education in visual storytelling for both corporate and media clients.

Sinartus is a Value Creation Advisor for Damson Capital and former Founder & Advisor at PannaFoto Institute. He has also worked as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Independent Consultant and a Consultant at PT Citra Media Nusa Purnama - Media Indonesia. Before launching his own ventures, he served as a Business Development & HR at Sinar Sosrodjojo Trans and established JiwaFoto Agency. Sinartus began his professional photography career as a Staff Photographer at Glendale News Press, followed by stints as Agency Photographer at ZUMA Press, Chief Photographer at United Press International, and Photographer at Los Angeles Times.
