Mike LaRosa, also known as 'Mike the Coworkaholic,' is a renowned figure in the flexible workspace industry with a diverse background in marketing, advertising, and real estate.

With a passion for marketing and advertising, Mike ventured into the world of flexible workspaces and remote working, leveraging over a decade of experience in publishing, award marketing programs, event production, and experiential marketing campaigns.

Having conducted extensive research and visited over 600 flex workspace locations across 42 countries since 2013, Mike has established himself as an expert in the field, earning recognition as one of the 'Most Influential People in Coworking.' He has appeared as a speaker at various prestigious events like Running Remote, Nomad Summit, Coworking Unconference Asia, Coworking Europe, GCUC, and SXSW.

Throughout his career, Mike has provided consulting services to prominent organizations such as JLL, Selina, WeWork, CBRE, Deskpass, Marriott International, and Wyndham Hotels, as well as governments of Barbados and Mexico. Clients value his expertise in industry trends, design, operations, software/hardware integration, app functionality, staffing/training, and sales & marketing strategies.

In addition to his consulting work, Mike is the Director of Channel Partnerships at Upflex. He is the former Founder and Publisher of Coworkaholic, and has held positions such as Head of Content at Running Remote, Corporate Strategy & Development at JLL Technologies, Director of Technology Project Management at JLL, and Executive Producer at Miles to Go.

Mike's educational background includes studies at Bishop Denis J. O'Connell, a BS in Tourism and Event Management from George Mason University, and a B.A. in Media Studies from The Catholic University of America.
