Mike Kwapisz holds a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, along with a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

Throughout his career, he has held significant roles such as Sr. IPT Lead in Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test at BLUE ORIGIN, VP of Engineering at Phase Four, Director of Engineering at Phase Four, and Senior Engineer at Aerojet Rocketdyne.
