Mike Innis

Mike Innis is an accomplished people leader who has built high-performing teams throughout his career. With a hands-on and empowering style, he excels at attracting top talent, developing sales team skills, and scaling teams through growth. Innis has a proven ability to create and execute sales plans and strategies that exceed goals and align with company vision. He is skilled in negotiation, sales process, and strategy, and has a passion for creating collaborative and energetic selling environments. Innis is a multiple award winner, including the Global Leadership award, 6-time Presidents Club winner, 2-time Sales Manager of the Year, and "Best Dad in the World" (according to his mug!). He studied Business Administration/Operations Management at the University of Delaware and has held leadership positions at Autotask Corporation, Hertz, and currently serves as the Sales Director for North America West at Datto, Inc. When he's not achieving business goals, Innis can be found skiing in deep powder or catching a wave on a surfboard.
