From a National Account Manager to a Regional Manager and eventually Vice President, Dugan quickly progressed through the ranks with his exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and sales skills. Furthermore, Dugan founded two companies, Commonwealth Consulting and Sales Xceleration, where he served as the Chief Strategist, helping businesses achieve exponential growth with his innovative and proven strategies. He is also a certified speaker at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a TEC Canada Speaker, and a Certified PGI Personal Success Coach.
