Elmer Tagarino

Elmer Tagarino is an accomplished Managing Director with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. He has held various leadership roles, including President of Global Delivery Center at AFDigital and Cloud Sherpas. He is skilled in management, enterprise architecture, resource management, Scrum, and Software as a Service (SaaS). Elmer has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, and Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. He has worked as a faculty member at Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba and University Research Associate II at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Elmer has also worked for several reputable organizations, including Accenture, Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions Philippines, Inc, NV Besix SA, ProV International, and Global Implementation Services Inc/ Eastwind Enterprise Systems (Phils.) Inc.
