Michael Calma, FICD

Mike Calma is a seasoned professional with a track record of tackling complex business challenges. With nearly 20 years of experience, he co-founded two tech start-ups after college and held key roles in top companies like NEC, MDI, and Dimension Data, which is now NTT Ltd.

Currently serving as the Country General Manager of DDLS Philippines, Mike is dedicated to driving Digital Transformation in the Philippines by providing high-quality ICT training and certification to produce skilled professionals ready for the evolving job market.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2003 and later pursued an MBA specializing in Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation at the University of the Philippines. Mike's educational background complements his extensive practical experience in the tech industry.
