Mike Brennan is an experienced professional with a background in enterprise consulting, specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
As the Co-Founder and Chief Service Officer of Leapgen, Mike leads the Delivery organization, focusing on digital workforce transformation, recruiting & onboarding, human capital & talent management, HR service delivery, employee engagement, and people analytics.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Mike has a proven track record of building high-growth teams and partnering with clients to drive success. Before co-founding LeapGen, he spent over a decade at Appirio, where he held various leadership positions and helped grow the Cornerstone OnDemand Practice to become CSOD's largest enterprise service partner in under 2 years.
Prior to his time at Appirio, Mike worked with multinational enterprise clients on solutions related to Human Capital Management and Talent Management. He also began his career as an Industry Analyst at IDC, focusing on Learning Services Research and advising private equity firms in the HCM market.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Boston University. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is a dedicated family man and actively volunteers in youth sports.
Currently serving as the President & Chief Service Officer at Leapgen, Mike Brennan's expertise spans HR and IT services, workforce transformation, talent management, and people analytics.
His past roles include Partner, Vice President & Practice Leader at Appirio, Director of Consulting at Knowledge Infusion (later acquired by Appirio), Senior Analyst at IDC, and Business Planner at Enablearning.
Mike's educational background includes studying at Connetquot High School, earning an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and completing a Bachelor of Science degree at the same institution.
