Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director for People and Organisational Development at Marie Curie UK, demonstrating his leadership and strategic capabilities in the healthcare sector.

Mike brings a wealth of military experience, having served in various roles in the Royal Navy, including Naval Secretary, Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Personnel), Flag Officer Maritime Reserves, Assistant Chief of Staff (People Capability) in Navy Command, and Commodore Naval Personnel Strategy.
