With a team of over 40 consultants, Adoptify specializes in introducing, onboarding, and driving adoption of MS Teams and Microsoft Office 365, focusing on enhancing collaborative teamwork and improving digital skills of employees.

Michiel's passion lies in making organizations digitally fit and employees digitally proficient, emphasizing the human aspect often overlooked in digital transformation.

His extensive experience includes a decade as a manager at Microsoft Benelux and EMEA, strategic consultancy, interim management, and co-founding various startups, showcasing over 15 years of entrepreneurial and directorial expertise.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Michiel is a proud father of three daughters, a loving husband, and an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys cycling and skiing.

He holds degrees from SRM, LSSP, INSEAD (Master of Business Administration), Nyenrode University, and Haarlem Business School.
