Frank Muller

Frank Muller is a driven Chief Customer Officer and Digital Marketing Executive with extensive process and IT experience.

He obtained his Product Management, Marketing, and Strategic knowledge at Postbank and served as Marketing Manager of ING's internet labels.

Throughout his career, Frank led significant customer and IT transformation processes in areas like payments, savings, loans, and mortgages.

In 2012, he co-founded Crust Young Consultants in New York, focusing on the intersection of public and private sectors, and established Bikelyn Tours, a bicycle tour company in Brooklyn.

Since February 2015, Frank has been a member of the management team at Vereniging Eigen Huis, overseeing the website and customer contact center.
