Michi Jigarjian

Michi Jigarjian is a Partner and Chief Social Impact Officer at the 7G Group, an investment management firm focusing on values-based investments for sustainable, socially responsible long-term projects.
She oversees social impact initiatives, community engagement, and art projects within the 7G Group.
Apart from her corporate role, Jigarjian is actively involved in the arts as a socially engaged artist, community facilitator, and educator.
Since 2011, she has served as the President of Baxter St at the Camera Club of New York, a renowned non-profit organization supporting emerging lens-based artists and fostering community engagement.
Jigarjian co-founded Secretary Press and New Draft Collective, project-based publishing presses, and has authored several books including "Writing as Practice", "How We Do Both: Art and Motherhood", and the three-volume series "Mold".
Her educational background includes studies in photography at the International Center of Photography, a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree from Bard College, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Photography/Graphic Design from Lehigh University.
Currently, she holds the position of Managing Partner at the Rockaway Hotel within the 7G Group.
She has also been associated with organizations like Bard College as a faculty member, PhotoUno Photography School as a teacher, and has served on the board of various esteemed institutions such as the Art Production Fund, Brooklyn Museum, National YoungArts Foundation, and The International Women's Health Coalition as a representative of the 7G Foundation.
