Michelle Powers is a professional with significant experience in the fields of fundraising and talent consulting. She currently serves as the Senior Talent Consultant at Cook Silverman Search, where she leverages over 15 years of expertise in fundraising and talent leadership. Her career includes notable roles at prestigious institutions such as Tufts University and Stanford Law School, where she has successfully driven fundraising initiatives and developed strategic partnerships.1

In addition to her consulting role, Michelle has also worked as a fractional Chief of Staff and Operations Partner for various entrepreneurs and experts in the talent space.
