Michelle O'Flanagan is a highly professional Senior Supply Chain & Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience across the end-to-end Supply Chain, Finance, and IT functions.

Michelle is quick to understand new concepts and is passionate about developing growth with a high level of business intelligence, driving process change, and optimization across all levels.

She has proven expertise in designing, implementing, and benchmarking supply chain operations for consumer products and 3PL's to create efficient operational value chains, providing a competitive advantage and improving systems and financial performance.

Michelle O'Flanagan pursued her education in B-Tec National, B-Tec Business Information Systems, and A Levels - B-Tec National (Cert - N175116) at West Thames College. She also studied Information Technology at St Marks C of E School in Fulham.

In her professional journey, Michelle has held the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager at Pharma and previously served as the UK & Ireland Supply Chain Controller at Lindt & Sprüngli.

Prior to that, she also worked as the UK Supply Chain Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli, Supply Chain Consultant at Cumulus Estate Wines, Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager at Foster's Group, and Customer Supply Manager EMEA at Southcorp Wines.

Michelle O'Flanagan's early career development included participating in the Fast track Scheme with various roles at NatWest.
