Amaechi Uzoigwe

Amaechi Uzoigwe is the Manager and business partner of Gold-certified & Grammy-nominated artists Run the Jewels and globally celebrated Malian rock band Songhoy Blues, in addition to working with up-and-coming artists such as DAP the Contract, Azekel Adesuyi, Kech Phrase, and MimiKat.

He is an award-winning executive and entrepreneur known for building successful creative careers, campaigns, and companies in the entertainment industry.

Amaechi is passionate about art, commerce, content, creative culture, technology, innovation, ecosystems, progressive marketing, as well as unearthing possibility and new ideas.

His interests lie in optimizing and empowering the world through creative content, media, technology, data, enterprise, advocacy, opportunity, and community building. He completed his B.A. at the University of Michigan and has been a part of various organizations and boards, including serving as a Board Member for NYCxDESIGN and In Place of War.

Throughout his career, he has held roles such as Managing Director at STUDIO A, INC., Founder at FourM Arts & Science, Artist Management at El-P, Executive Producer at Grainey Pictures, and several other key positions in the entertainment industry.

Amaechi's past involvements range from being a Co-Founder at Definitive Jux Inc and Ozone Entertainment to working with Amnesty International as a Human and Civil Rights Advocate.
