Michelle Hines

Michelle Hines is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in Design + Innovation within the beauty industry.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art, with additional MFA study in Fine Arts (Printmaking) from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.

Michelle's career has seen her in key leadership roles, including serving as Assistant Vice President for Design + Innovation at L'Oreal Paris and L'Oréal, as well as Assistant Vice President for Sales Design + Communications at L'Oreal Paris.

Her journey also includes a stint as Creative Director at L'Oreal Paris and earlier experiences as a New Business Manager at Earle Palmer Brown advertising and Foote Cone & Belding.
