Michelle Goldberg is a New York City-based working mom with a passion for reinventing classic treats. She is a chef and a certified chocolatier who has invented a special baking process that binds crunchy, chewy coconut without any gluten, eggs or almond paste, resulting in a unique, gourmet treat known as The Maccs. Goldberg is a triathlete with a wheat intolerance who understands the difficulties of eating sweet and smart at the same time. She has made it her mission to create delicious treats with simple ingredients that everyone can enjoy.
