Lobna Agbaria

Lobna Agbaria is the Chief Executive Officer of Our Generation Speaks (OGS), a startup incubator focused on fostering collaboration between emerging Palestinian and Israeli leaders to create impactful startups. She has held this position since October 2019, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2018 to October 2019.12

Background and Education

Lobna Agbaria is a Palestinian citizen of Israel. She earned her Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). Before joining OGS, she practiced law for seven years, specializing in construction law, planning, and zoning through her own firm.134 Additionally, she co-founded the Sana Foundation, which provides academic scholarships to Arab women in Israel, and co-founded SnapLand, an online platform for real estate professionals.123

Role at OGS

Under her leadership, OGS has successfully launched numerous startups that have collectively raised over $50 million.
