Michelle Gloeckler

Michelle Gloeckler is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Pairwise, a company focused on utilizing gene editing technology to innovate in the agriculture sector. Gloeckler joined Pairwise's board in December 2021, where she also chairs the Compensation and Talent Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.124

Her extensive career includes significant roles at Walmart, where she was the Executive Vice President of Consumables, Health & Wellness, and U.S. Manufacturing Lead from 2009 to 2016. During her tenure at Walmart, she oversaw operations that generated over $78 billion in revenue. Prior to Walmart, Gloeckler spent 21 years at The Hershey Company, holding various leadership positions in sales and customer marketing.135

In addition to her role at Pairwise, Gloeckler serves on the boards of several other organizations, including The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc., Holley Inc., and BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings Inc. She has also held advisory roles for companies like Blendid and Peep Performance/Go2 Devices. Gloeckler holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Michigan and has been recognized as one of Fortune's Most Powerful Women.124
