Michelle Confer

Michelle Confer is a driven individual with a passion for science and business, always striving to consider the human element in her work. She has achieved an extensive educational background, including an MBA in Marketing from University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as an MS in Kinesiology with a biomechanics concentration from the same institution. Prior to this, she graduated with honors and with high distinction with a BS in Kinesiology from Penn State University.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held several prominent positions, including Senior Manager of Product Management for Card Agent Servicing at Capital One, where she works to improve and innovate customer experiences. With previous positions like Principal and Senior Process Manager for Digital Messaging at Capital One, Michelle is well-versed in fostering and managing digital interactions. Additionally, she has experience in release management and marketing, having been an MBA Marketing intern at ProPhase Labs.

Michelle's scientific background also includes research assistant positions in both the Biomechanics Laboratory at UMass and Penn State University. She has experience with the IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon organizing committee, demonstrating her leadership skills.
